SHIPPING

Do you ship to PO boxes?


We currently do not ship to PO boxes.




Has my order shipped?


When your order has shipped you will recieve an e-mail with tracking information.




How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days based on the delivery location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement. Currently we do not ship on the weekends, so orders received on Friday will be processed the following Monday.




Do you ship to my country?


As of now we only currently ship to all 50 US states.




How do I get my order tracking number?


Once your order is shipped you will recieve an e-mail with your tracking number.




How do you calculate shipping charges?


Shipping charges are determined by Fedex and UPS based on how much you order and delivery location.





LOCAL PICKUP AND PURCHASE

I selected local pickup, where do I pick my order up from?


Frankie V's Sicilian Pizzeria and Grill 1420 28th St SW Wyoming, MI 49509. Please go to the takeout window and tell staff you are there to pickup your Vitaleone order.




How do I know my order is ready to be picked up?


As soon as you place your order online you will recieve an email notifying you your order is ready to be picked up. We have stock at Frankie V's so you can place your order and pick up immediately.




Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my order?


Please bring your invoice/receipt with you. Staff at Frankie V's are advised not to give out any orders unless a receipt is shown.




Can I purchase Vitaleone directly from Frankie V's?


Yes! Now you can purchase Vitaleone Olive Oil directly from the restuarant with cash or credit card.




Can I add Vitaleone purchase on to my Frankie V's tab or takeout order?


At this time you cannot add your Vitaleone order to a tab or takeout order at Frankie V's.





Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?


We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will help you. (Customer Service linked to our e-mail info@vitaleone.com)




I never recieved my order, what should I do?


Check your tracking number to see estimated delivery date or if something happened to your order, then contact our cumstomer support team here.




My bottle/s broke when they were shipped, now what?


If your bottle/s broke will in transit, contact us and we will resend your order immediately. No questions asked.
